Dr Pearce consults primarily in Lismore and also sees patients at 1 Wharf St Maclean monthly. He deals with all areas of Orthopaedics (except spinal problems) and has a particular interest in joint replacement surgery, shoulder and knee problems and sports injuries.
He runs an Acute Sports Injuries Clinic every Wednesday afternoon to expedite treatment of those injuries which have occurred over the weekend. If you have a patient who needs an urgent review please contact the rooms and speak to Dr Pearce directly.

Dr Pearce provides Orthopaedic cover to trauma and emergency cases at the Lismore Base Hospital in conjunction with the other local Orthopods. When referring patients the following investigations could be beneficial if clinically relevant:
- Plain XRAY
- Ultrasound – shoulder joint
- Nerve Conduction Studies – Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- MRI – knee joint
